Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping — on all orders over £50
  • Standard Shipping — flat rate applies to orders under £50 (rate shown at checkout)

Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods such as holidays.

Our Carriers

We work with trusted carriers to deliver your orders, including:

  • Royal Mail
  • DHL
  • DPD
  • YODEL

The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the size of your parcel.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your order directly with the carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Orders
